We require a minimum of 20 favors for bulk pricing. Orders under 20 are priced as samples and do not qualify for volume discounts.

2. Can I order a sample before placing a large order?

Yes! We offer samples so you can see the quality and packaging firsthand.

• Sample prices start at $9.00, plus $5.95 flat-rate shipping.

• Add-ons like custom labels or upgraded packaging are available.

• If you place a full order within 30 days, you’ll receive a $5 credit toward your final total.

3. What is the processing time for bulk orders?

Bulk favor orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks. Each candle is handmade and packaged with care, which takes time to ensure quality.

4. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! If you need your favors sooner, rush service is available for an additional $1.50 per favor. Rush orders ship in 7 business days or less. Be sure to confirm availability with us before placing a rush order.

We offer a curated list of popular scents that are easy to love and widely available, including:

7. How are the candles packaged?

You can choose from multiple packaging styles:

  All options are carefully assembled and arrive ready to gift.

8. What is the burn time of your candles?

Each candle burns for approximately 15–20 hours, depending on use and airflow. We use clean-burning wax and high-quality fragrance oils for a safe and beautiful experience.

9. What are the candles made of?

Our candles are made from natural, clean-burning wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils. We do not use added dyes or artificial colorants.

10. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the U.S. only.

• Sample orders: Flat-rate shipping of $6.00

• Bulk orders: Shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout
  We also offer free local pickup in Orlando, FL, by request.​

11. How will I receive my invoice?

After placing a sample request or custom order, we’ll send an itemized invoice via email, payable through Stripe (secure checkout). Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

12. Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of our favors, we do not accept returns. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re happy to help!
