1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Momentous Events LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Momentous Events LLC are not eligible.

  • Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.


3. How to Enter

  • Visit www.momentousevents.net and complete the official entry form with your name and a valid email address.

  • Optional bonus entries may be earned by following and/or sharing on social media as described in the entry form.

  • All entries must be received by December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM EST).


4. Prize

  • One winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to any one (1) upcoming Momentous Events experience of their choice (subject to availability).

  • Approximate retail value: up to $350.

  • The prize may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.


5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline.

  • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing date.

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to announce the winner’s first name and city on social media or website for promotional purposes.


6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Consent to Marketing
By entering, participants agree to receive occasional marketing emails from Momentous Events LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Momentous Events LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. Miscellaneous

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the contest.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.
